Shipping and Delivery
Currently we only ship to Canada and do not ship to PO boxes. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes.
NAPPA will ship the products ordered by you to the address provided when the order is placed. For security, reasons the shipping address and credit card address need to be the same. NAPPA reserve the right to cancel any order if there are any issues with the credit card.
Orders processed through NAPPA will usually be delivered using Canada Post shipping services, although other carriers will be used. All orders will be sent out with appropriate insurance, a unique tracking code will be provided to the email address supplied with the order. A signature will be required for proof of delivery.
If a specific carrier is required, please contact us prior to your order.
NAPPA reserve the right to send parcels using different carriers (eg. FedEx Ground).
Shipping Rates
Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders over $150* and we are charging a flat rate of $9.99* for orders under $150, at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery takes up to 7 business days after being processed, this is an estimated delivery time only, during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing Day, time for deliveries can go up to 10 business days. NAPPA shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.
Risks during Shipping
NAPPA's liability for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products to you by the common carrier will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. By default NAPPA will ensure that your order was appropriate insurance to cover you for loss or breakage during carriage.
