Merchandise Return Procedure
NB: The return policy outlined here is restricted to on-line purchases and does not apply to merchandise bought in-store. For items bought in store please contact the place of purchase.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all discounted items are final sale.
Orders may be returned for any exchange or refund. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the package delivery date.
The items must not be worn, altered or damaged and must have all their original tags.
All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with an exchange or refund.

Contact us by filling the contact form for all exchanges or refunds indicating 'Exchange', 'Refund' or 'Warranty' in the subject field. Provide your name, order number, email address and a daytime phone number in all communications with us. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the package.
1) You must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the package delivery date. Contact us by filling the form available in our contact page for all exchanges or refunds indicating 'Exchange' or 'Refund' in the subject field. Provide your name, order number, email address and a daytime phone number in all communications with us. You will be provided with return instructions along with a RMA numbers.
2) The items should be received by NAPPA within 28 days of original delivery date and MUST be accompanied by a RMA number.
3) You must pay the shipping for returned items. A restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) will be subtracted from credits for returned items.
4) We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides insurance.
5) We will refund shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for any items with manufacturing defect that are returned to us. However, we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty. We will also not refund any shipping charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
